If we need to provide an attendant due to failure to obey to these rules we will charge an additional min of $300 USD to you.
All official invites need to be approved. We are happy to provide assistance with invitations and directions sent out to guests. It is best to send a short video, map or pictures to your guests with your invitation that describe how to get to the location. Under no circumstances are guest allowed to ring the doorbell of the main house or the neighbors. Guests need to be greeted in person by an attendant and escorted or directed to the guest house. Events cannot put up any signs or balloons due to neighborhood policies.
Please respect the house as though it was yours. Keep in mind that there are other people living right next door in this upscale neighborhood. Any filming or photo shoots can be hosted as well. Any event exceeding 6 guests including dinner parties and birthdays will need approval prior to booking and will incur some kind of fees. This is not a party house, but we do allow respectful gatherings for a daily fee between $495 and $4995 plus taxes and fees. No hard/loud shoes in the house after 10pm. Problems will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly.Īll noise must be under control at all times, especially during quiet hours.
