Best way to approach a poorly-maintained network Windows. I needed to find out what else is out there for us. I work in the public sector and need to know two to three years in advance what I will need to budget for. I like the software and was bummed when I hear they were phazing out the "Plus" software series. I think the only time I've had to contact them is when I had a license issue as well. I have several Serif "Plus" products and have not had any issues with any of them. Otherwise, all those platforms do have active supporting communities, which I have used with some success.Hi Dan,ĭon't get me wrong. As I have never used any of the paid support options, perhaps others could chime in about available paid support for WordPress, Joomla, or others. If you need ongoing support, then one of the platforms which have available paid support may be something to consider. 
I've never needed any support with Serif WebPlus, in any event. I've never needed to contact Serif directly for support, other than for minor licensing issues, however, the community resources have been quite adequate for the few questions I've had in other Serif products. Serif does say, on their website, they will continue to sell and support it through the community for the foreseeable future. You can also download Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019 v19.I do understand why you may want to have an option that is actively supported.
